Rank Reset Voucher LOCKED [Resolved]

Bug Description : I can’t use my Rank Reset Voucher because it’s locked. I’ve met all the prerequisities for it and used all my extra stats and skill points, but it’s still locked. Please fix this ASAP since this item expires.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. right click rank reset voucher
  2. satisfy all conditions
  3. click ‘Enabled’
  4. ‘This item is currently locked’ message appears

Did you lock it in ur inventory?

Nope. Locked items can’t be used. I used it based from the screenshot, but it doesn’t go through.

Show us your inventory please under equipment and item with screenshots.

Unlock everything in your inventory for the time being, especially class costumes. If you deposited some class costumes in your storage, retrieve them.

this is same message it gave when i lock rank reset voucher thinking it wouldnt consume it and still give me rank reset

Ok I got it now. My class costume was locked. Thanks for helping :grin:
