Rank reset voucher for rank 2 and 3

Do I need both rank 1 and rank 2 voucher reset if I wish to reset my rank 2 class?

you need 1000 class point to reset any rank of your char, whether rank 1/2/3, i forgot how much each lv of rank reset voucher give class point, lv 4 is 3000 i think

I wish we can have resets on CM mode ( its spammable ) … want to try so many build i’m tired making alts lol …
