you can get from P.P shop if I remember correctly
its unlock voucher, and pp shop ends in 6 hours.

Event doesn’t end until October 10th, if you mean you used up your last Reset, the only way to get one is to stop playing for 30 days, sadly.

ya for part 2 rank reset I already claim the second reset, today I recieve free hair voucher, thats mean no more rank reset, I want reset my lv 370 char, takes lot of time to reach that point
IMC is missing the point of their own game.
The whole game is built around creating different builds and experimenting, yet they doesnt give a realiable way for players to reset.
We need to be given resets more frequently, so we can try different things. One reset per week would be good enough and make the game far more enjoyable!
