Rank reset bug - No exp card

Bug Description : I used the rank reset item and when i got back to the game, i had not received all exp cards. I was rank 7 level 1 before the reset and now i’m rank 6 level 1.
I was standing still in klaipeda without equips/costumes.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Use rank reset item

I sent a ticket to the support yesterday and still no answers. Another person had the same problem yesterday.

My char level 225 (Rank 7 Level 1 before reset) after the reset: the rank 7 card is missing.

I had this bug too, but for rank 6 card. Submitted ticket and made forum post a week ago. No replies.

Yeap, its me! I was rank 6 level 10 before the reset. After: rank 5 level 1! Now im rank 5 level 11 (because im up the class manually, its so hard and i dont have time). I sent an ticket for IMC 3 days ago and nothing!

I think this problem will be bigger than i thought.
