Rank Reset Bug / Missing Card Rank 7

I’m here to ask for help. Yesterday I used my Rank Reset Voucher in my fencer C1 to fix a mistake that I did, I was Class LvL 15 ready to go to Fencer C2, then, I used my Rank Reset Voucher and started to advance again… When I arrived in Rank 6, I realized that I made a ridiculous mistake, I was class lvl 1 and did not receive the rank 7 card, obviously. Is there any possibility that you guys send me this card? I know that I did it wrong, I should make the Fencer C2 quest and advance to receive this card. But I’m so sad about it, I thought I would be class lvl 15 after use the voucher.

I sent a ticket to IMC, and they replied that in their log I did not reach class lvl 15… But I did, I’m not crazy or something like that, I just want a solution, I spent a lot of time in this game, I read all the instructions to use the Rank Reset Voucher, that’s bullshit, I sent another ticket explaining all my steps before using my reset voucher… I hope that this problem/bug can be solved as fast as possible.

Jochris, I thought I was wrong, but they said the if you use the rank reset voucher at class lvl 15, I should receive the rank 7 card, the big problem is that I did not used the last point that I received after get lvl 15.

So if we are at rank 8 with 15 class level, will we get rank 8 card ? Sorry I’m not from iTOS so I cant try the reset voucher yet.

Just clarifying how it works:

I had my character at 310/R8-15, and after Rankreset I also had a Rank9-card. So if you reach class15, it counts as a finished rank that you get a card for with this system.

Exactly Charon, that’s the problem… I had Class lvl 15 and did not receive the Rank 7 Card, however, in their log I wasn’t lvl 15 but lvl 14 did you get it? But I’m about to say again, I’m not crazy, I did read the instructions before reset, and everything was ok, including my level. I’m about to leave this game, I spent a lot of time in that ■■■■ and the IMC ignores it.

It should be that way (By the way they said / write it)
But… I think it was for the R8-Class15. Don’t know… there soo many stuff broken, can someone who did the same can confirm they got or not their card.

Also try to send a ticket to the support if not already done. (Even if it might take quite a bit of time before you got your answer…)

I sent four tickets regarding this bullshit… and now they said that

“We hope you understand that we have provided all the information from your previous ticket and we apologize if we were unable to assist you further with regards to this issue.”

What a ■■■■??? They sent two identical replies, they did not even read what I said, I had a problem with this Reset Voucher, I WAS CLASS LVL 15, and they’re arguing that I wasn’t second their log, I described my step by step before use the rank reset voucher, and they sent me a automatic message. I’m tired already. Thank you IMC for your attention, it was an incredible support that you gave me. You guys cannot solve a problem just giving compensations to the players, you should work together and solve it properly.

The Reset Rank Voucher specifications don’t say u need to use the skill points avaible, just take job lvl 15. I believe that’s a bug (Y) nothing impossible about IMC.
