Rank reset bug - help plz

Good afternoon,

I was trying to reset my Archer but when I try it appear this system message: “You have an item equipped
in the weapon swap slot.” but I haven’t. I didn’t learn this skill.
What can I do to reset? Is this a bug? Help plzz.

also store your weapons if you can could help too…

Learn the weapon swap attribute.
RankReset is currently bugged if you dont have that.
