I used my all rank reset scrolls (with DLC) but my build doesnt fit with R9 ranks i must delete my one of max char and leveling again? And i must pay for att points again? I dont want to do that just want to buy reset scrolls…(free is better 
)
Or i can gift DLC from my friend steam account?
It looks like we will have reset event with 2 weeks duration at the time of R9 arrival and each character will have one reset voucher per day.
and I don’t think u can received another DLC reset voucher from another account because every account only can have one regardless u buy it or receive it as gift.

If we were to receive the same event as ktos, you should be able to get ONE rank reset PER TEAM, PER DAY
