THAT RODE JUST ■■■■■■■ BLINKED IN TWICE while hitting stuff, Is it just the effect of Inquisitor’s skill?

Description wise it’s more or less like Linker’s JP but we can all see her spin then blue smoke blink like effect surrounding the Rode in it’s skill start up and instataneous movement from one target to another.

A new unlisted skill for the earlier ranks? Maybe new class in later rank on it’s own? Or is it just some new C3 costume effect?
Lightning speed swordplay beyond what we had before are upon us.
