Are you able to confirm whether the debuff from Exorcism(Priest C3) can be spread via Pandemic?

Best dps on wb still fencer with dragoon?
Depending on which WB you are talking about, but mostly Fencers are on the higher tier now especially with dragoon debuff on bosses.
Melee classes are OK now.
Melee with self-buff will benefit from dragoon2 serpentine debuff on boss.
Dragoon2 cannot benefit from other class buffs (since they are self-buffs, such as doppel deeds, fencer epee stance etc.).
Is there any class relies heavily on auto attack? Beside corsair dual hand of course
