as much as i dont like it, this really is the only way to force them to communicate and reel their players back in, just boycott the game for a while, stop purchasing tp costumes as that usually is the case week by week, people buy tp costumes, theres a bug in it, there you go, thats the next maintenance right there. but if nobody bought these stupid ass costumes they would probably be forced to actually pull out a good maintenance out of their ass.
on a serious note, game is ■■■■■■■ dull IMC, I used to vote not releasing r8 until it is fully refined and out of bugs, but ■■■■ it, release it now, bugs and exploits and all, atleast with bugs theres no bullshit I would look forward to the next maintenance for bug fixes instead of seeing the same damn tp costume bug fix that I did not give two shits about.
Id actually rather them bring the multithread patch first. People might come back and if it still runs like ■■■■ they will just end it there. Sure you wouldnt mind with all the bugs, but think of other people. You think we need more bugs?
They give ktos updates pretty often and they eventually come here. Not like they arent doing anything. Sure id like it sooner too, but if that means making everything take longer in the long run, like having to seperately fix the same bugs in ktos and itos and making other things take longer, id rather just wait.
I probly dont mind too much cuz im busy leveling other characters.

If anything, I was taking a jab at you for making another thread of the same topic (a quick search will validate this).
Just as you may be tired/fed up/p*ssed off with all of the delays and lack of communication. Making another thread and asking for “discourse” is not doing anyone any favors.
If anything, @Gringe has a possible answer, no one would like it though. We should actually boycott the product that is “ToS” (yes, it is a commercial product). Judging by how many are still unable to fully part with this “dying game” (as many refer to it), I doubt this will happen soon.
We’re also sick and tired of over-generalizations like these. If everyone has quit, why the f*ck am I still playing? Last I checked I can be quantified as a part of that “indefinite pronoun”.
The people who wanted to leave, has left. There’s always people coming and going. End of the world? I think not. Does it reflect poorly on IMC? #HELL YEAH
Their misgivings aren’t magically erased just because people are still playing.
You pick your words very loosely eh? They failed to follow through on a projection, sure, but they never took away something of value of yours with no equal/proper compensation in return. Your continued membership to ToS or any other F2P game is purely optional. Your “scam” stance holds no grounds.
The verbiage they went with was: “which we are aiming to release in late September”. You see how loosely they phrased that? This is to allow wiggle room should they /not/ be able to deliver.
You can stretch that they “lied”… but delays happen in real life. Communication is really what people are clamoring for.
Before you start pouring your thoughts into this forum and go about branding people as “defending IMC”, learn to actually gauge your surroundings first.
It’s not like I disagree with OP because there’s definitely room for improvement, especially with their PR.
