Rank 3 class change

from what i understand we are supposed to get our 3rd rank(also known as 3rd class change) at level 30. is that class level 30 or player level 30 because my class level is only level 9ish but my character level is at level 30. so when does your class actually chage after level 15

nope.

you get a class change at every 15th JOB level.

this corresponds approximately to BASE levels 14, 42, 78, 120ish, etc…

You can change class/Tang up everytime your Classlevel is 15. Your Base level has no influence on it.

So yeah. I was Class 15 and ready for the 3rd Rank around Baselvl 36-38 on my charas. When you use XP-cards a lot (and less grinding) you will get Classlevel 15 later. (Somehow grinding seems to provide more Class exp than Cards)

So:
You need to level a bit more, until your CLASSlevel is 15 (again) and you can Rank up (Change Class).
After that, your Classlevel is back to 1 -> level ist again up to level 15 and you can rank up again.

Classlevel is always level 1-> 15
Base will go up to 280 (max atm)
