It’s a good question, archer C3 is also a good choice with swift step AoE attribute. And I agree that ranger C1 damage is not that great, especially on Wugushi, because it doesn’t work on poisons. Sure 15% more damage on cannoneer skills is not bad but uptime is not high.
Multishot+twin shot+swift step can perform better with Wugushi I think.

I mean attibute that applies buff to the whole party. So you apply extra 5% evasion and 5% movespeed if you get Archer c3. Not sure if crit rate is shared through this attribute, but it wasn’t shared through link.
I’m pretty sure the move speed is while attacking, i.e. Archers only.
Not sure, I haven’t test it myself. But you may be right.
Still it’s not the only reason why archer C3 is good for Wugushi, it’s just one additional reason. And I think EVA buff still worth it.
