Hello, I’ve just been informed that a correct verification was not made in my account to increase my TP limit that I can spend in the month, I got this message

So, why you guys can’t do a futher verefication on my account right now??
There is my attached my proof of payment, so please, make a new verefication and unblock my account, why this cannot be done right now??
