Raise TP limit for New player account?

I have purchased TP via Steam inventory and already received it as in-game TP currency 900 (+90) TP bundle SEA server. I have sent 2 tickets now and got no responses on progressing.

It’s been few days now, I’m quite new ToS player and been here for more than 2 months (931 hours)

please help raise my TP spending limit .
