I wrote now 3 Tickets to raise my TP, i bought 500 TP and can’t spend all because of the TP limit,
2 Tickets got answered:
The verification process is based on your Steam purchase data that which itself provided by Steam.
Unfortunately, we can only advised to contact us again after your recent purchase again so the Steam purchase may be updated.

But I still have TP on my account and can’t use them… getting all day long the message that i have to contact the support for raise the tp limit and am getting 2 times the same answer.
