Steps to reproduce the issue : Pyshokino: Raise
Use Raise on enemies, the stasis effect is repeatedly removed and re-applied

Rogue: Capture
When Capture is used on enemy circles, the effect of the magic circles do not work in your favor as intended

Description : Pyshokino: Raise

  • It keeps dropping them and raising them again, and uses up all the diminishing return hits

When capturing enemy magic circles, you do not get the benefit of them as intended

(Example: if you capture heal tiles, you cannot heal from them. if you capture safety zone, you do not get protection. if you capture raise, the effect does not work on enemies.)

I decided I would send in a ticket and go ahead and make videos because they always ask for video evidence for even the simplest explanation and got my response here:

After receiving the most common copy pasta from my old friend tosmanager2, I decided that he/she might not have read anything in my ticket at all or just came to work drunk that day (understandable). And here we are.

Ugh tosmanager2 is the worst. Tell them your problem and they will tell you your problem right back.

@GM_Francis Hi,

I would like to bump this ticket, as this bug has continued for several months without being addressed or fixed, even with the introduction of re:build (The skill was reworked yet the bug remains). This bug has rendered the skill almost completely useless and often even detrimental by using it. You cannot use the skill because enemies will become immune to all types of ‘holding’ CC, and even if you do, skill shots will not properly hit enemies being juggled up and down the raise. Not having this skill severely limits your options with Psychokino, and I know IMC likes to pride itself on its class variability. If there somehow are no plans to fix the bug, it would be nice if we can be notified, so we can plan accordingly and/or not waste time posting these kinds of bug reports.
