Raid Reset is bugged

Bug Description :
According to January Burning Weekend Calendar (https://treeofsavior.com/page/news/view.php?n=2169), today we would get a free raid reset + uphill reset, but, when we speak with BW Kupole, she just notice us that we already reseted. To make things clear, I recorded a video right after 12am when we have access to the NPC to show that it is bugged.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Get the Burning Weekend buffs;
2. Pick second choice on BW Kupole;
3. She tells you that you already run out of raid reset.

I already sent a ticket, but autoresponse really sucks, I hope get some clear statement from IMC, cuz half day passed and we do still have this bug ongoing.
