dude you can get iOS and Android emulator to play mobile games in a PC.

if it could hybrid with ToS artwork then it’ll be golden, i’m done with ToS as a game it’s a collection of small bad things that pile up into a huge mess. but this certainly doesn’t look 2016 still i hope the system is good.
