Hello saviors , just saw that enchanter can craft JP and HK skills from linker , a whole party now can buy those scrolls… and then… no more linkers needed in party, I got JP , you got JP , everyone got JP weeeeeeee … serious Imc?..
they cost like 15k to make. Do i need to say more?
We already got 200k from simple evac grind… 15k doesn’t seems to much expecting rank 8+ content where mobs will drop a whole more silver…

And someone is willing to lose 20-25k every 30 seconds for a new pull. Are you? I’m not. Linkers are just fine.
By 15k to make, I mean make, not buy. Oh and they only go up to lvl 5 atm as well. So yeah, NOT worth it, in the slightest.

Good points.
At most, linkers will be obsolete for ET runs. as for scrolls, it will be impractical to use scrolls for everyday activities, unless one is rich as fck.

Pretty much. Even with ET I doubt it will be a large issue because Linkers can bring more things to the table based on Classes taken anyways. shrug
c3 paladin is ruined because barrier scrolls, whose idea was it to make some classes skills avaliable for everyone? it kills the whole class system

While I agree, (My poor Paladin) those are extremely cheap and last a good while. Yes, I agree making skills usable by any class remains one of the dumbest things in this game. (imo)

It is not just about linker man , as you see another classes such as cleric got f8ck3d by this … imc could manage to another skills not classes core… and you are just saying “let it be” d4am darling…
I don’t particularly mind scrollable abilities because usually the drawback is the skill’s niche usage or the cost involved in making them (People whining about JP+HK are gonna end up with a empty silver account.)
It’s just there’s literally no drawback to Barrier. Paladins have no advantage to bringing it and the scrollable Barrier and Paladin’s Barrier is the same.
Also it is also a powerspike for Paladin too, so it has multiple faults that could be remedied.
- your don’t have the attributs / limit to lv 5 / cost even more if you really whant to use JP>HK.
Grinding = more than 5 mobs at the time (In group at least)
REALLY expensive at the point i’m really not sure you will be able to make any silver (At least if you are alone buying them)

Personally, I’ll be able to benefit from those scrolls, doubt it’ll mean the death of linker, others have said that creating said scrolls will be expensive (I don’t know, I’ve not researched its silve cost) so buying would be even more expensive, the cheaper option would be just taking the already abundant linkers for a trip.
However I can also see that enabling this at the long run may displace linker for other classes. not something bad, its just that benefiting from a class abilities while that class is not present enables way more damage that would of been possible otherwise, now that’s intended as they’ve added these scrolls.
Is this good or is this bad? I don’t really know it just may enable new interactions, but it sure does look like they’re catering to the solo players.

Linkers will be fine. Scrolled JP is next to worthless with that cost and the hit count limits. Scrolled lifeline would have been cool if it was possible though, but sadly…
Phys link scrolls would have made some awesome trolling though.
~2 links per minute = 30k silver
So 1 hour of dungeon/grinding = 1.8 mil silver?

15k to make. Shop 50% tax = each scroll 30k AT LEAST, which is the no profit price. Unless of course they changed their tax.

The scrolls only effective in boss fights where there are 2 or more of them.
Other than that, it’s a fastest way to throw your money at mobs.

Wasn’t something like 1k/lv (for pardoner at least) soo around 4-5k each scroll then sell for 5-6k in the market.
Anyone got a source of their making price.
