Just bought the DLC: Exclusive access 1.
The DLC is on my library, however it is not installed. Is this a problem?

Have you ran ToS up to the server select screen?
You may, potentially, need to fully install ToS before the DLC will be installed.
Did you installed the game?
Generally appear like that if you didn’t.
Other thing is, sometimes Steam take a little time to process the purchase, except if you used from your Steam Wallet.
I did install the game.
Don’t know what happened, after the purchase was completed, the messagem was Installed with a checkbox, out of nowhere it became Not installed. Hope it is nothing.
Well what i can tell you to try is, restart Steam, if still with that, delete the game and reinstall it again.
If the problem persist then contact Valve to check it.
ToS is out of every library right now maybe they are adding or changing something big

If it says ‘Not Installed’ that is a problem. If it is just Steam being slow, maybe try running ToS again tomorrow to see if the DLC installs then.
You still have 8 days, so there is no need to rush yet.

They updated the release date to Mar 29, and the game is no longer released. So that may have something to do with it.
Yes, probably that’s the problem. They should give us a heads up when they are going to do things like that haha

True, i didn’t checked because i thought it was fine.
Don’t worry about it. I shut my computer down Saturday and it installed a quick patch through Steam when I booted it up on Sunday. If you can run the game to the Server Select screen you should be fine.

Sorry if the inability to access the game scared you in any way.
Valve has recently changed the game’s status to ‘Coming Soon’ and has restricted access to the base game.
There is no separate installation for the DLC, so you will be fine as long as you have ownership. The items will be obtainable in-game on the 29th of March.

Thanks for the clarification.
I have one request though.
Can you discuss with Valve about possibly showing the game 1-3 days earlier so people can pre-download the game and not get stuck with that on the launch date?

I reinstalled ToS just to find it deleted the local content (probably will install the game @ launch date… it’s downloaded but on permanent ‘queue’ since now we are not supposed to run it)
It deleted the local content? It shouldn’t do that. If you had the game downloaded prior to the date change on Steam, it should simply say that preloading is complete
I have the same problem, but as has already been answered by the staff, I will wait to see if I have the day 29 access.
