I cant download tree of savior

Good day, i seem to have a problem. I cant download my tree of savior game. I have played on the 2nd beta. I also had reformatted my laptop yesterday. Yet today i tried to recover my backed up files but it wont show the tree of savior game. I tried to activate my key again but it seems it shows that i have already activated my key on the same account and it wont show me the path towards downloading the game again.

Please help me, i want to play on march 29 and i want to buy a copy as soon as i have finished redownloading it.

The game is currently set to be released Mar 29, and you currently will not be able to download the game until then.

You were able to download the game up until yesterday, when things changed.

It is pre-download but for some reason it is locked, so it will be fine on the 29th to be downloaded or maybe a day before.

Thanks guys, the game was given to me just now and i can download the 7gb file. thanks for the reply guys.
