Need to rework this quick cast because it will not count if you cast a skill with channeling with a short amount buff of quick cast it will not add to your skill, or the only solution is you need to release the skill before running out of buff… like for example you need 5 seconds to cast a lvl 10 meteor and the buff is only remain for 3 seconds it will not count.
