Quick Cast Lv.6 not work with Rune Caster skill

Bug Description :
i know rune caster not popular in this game now. only fun build for ice burst.
this bug is long time from old patch. i think no one report this problem.
yes me too, i not report this because i think it just lag and now i doubt in this.

the Quick Cast has show you lv.6 with Divine Might but effect is follow lv.5
the charge bar has fulled but the skill not release
with Quick Cast lv.5 it normal

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Divine Might and use Quick Cast in Lv.6
  2. Try to cast rune caster skill
  3. The charge bar has full and just release it

This happens to me even with level 5 quick cast. :confused:

Its quick cast that is completely broken for 3~ weeks. Look at all the other quick cast reports.

And again. No fix for july 4 maintenance :frowning: (bump because I really want to the skill to work again, maybe next week? :anguished:)
