Quests in Aqueduct Bridge Area not activating...?

I’m currently level 88, soon to be 89. The recommended level for the level for the zone is 89, and if I recall, you must be within 10 levels to be able to accept quests from the zone you are in.

Well, I cannot accept quests from this zone and haven’t been since I started being within the general level range.

Date and Time : In general

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : Mouse

Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : Aqueduct Bridge Area

Bug Description :
I was literally just playing the game.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Go to Aqueduct Bridge Area… I guess?

Every NPC won’t give quests, so screenshots are kinda meh.

You need to find the 4 parts of the goddes statue. You will find in sidequests at the same map.

Thanks a ton, this was driving me crazy.

Would those sidequests be from NPCs or the actual parts of the statue?

There are 4 statues parts BEFORE the first NPC. Just search and you will find.
