I see the databases of quests and I go to talk to the NPC and they don’t tell me about the quest.
Do I have to make them all, like all the quests before the quest I want to do?

I’m back to the mines to continue with the “suposed” last quest I completed. I say suposed because I have actually completed more but I was in a party with a friend, maybe thats the problem.
