Me and a few people I play with ran into this issue.

We level too slow, but we progress through content too fast. so at about lvl 60-70, what happens is you are in areas where you are too low of a level to pick up the quests. Due to the 10 level requirement this means that I am lvl 65, quests are lvl 76 (example), I can’t pick them up and i miss them.

I get to mausoleum part and im like WHAT IS GOING ON???WHY DO I HAVE NO QUESTS?

so, proposed solution:
If you are too low level to pick up a quest from an NPC, MAKE THAT NPC STILL HAVE THE LIST OF QUESTS, but make them GREY, so that you can SEE THE POTENTIAL QUESTS, but not be able to accept them.

this way i dont go 5 maps ahead, wondering where the quests are.

Or make the quest available for pick up for all levels, but the monsters will just kill you if you are too low level.

keep in mind that the servers are on inflated exp as well. so when this game actually comes out on 1x exp you probably will feel the struggle at all quest levels.

also

there are other areas that you go to that dont babysit you to go to those areas. try going to gytis settlement.

Sounds like you skipped a bunch of quests, even at 85 I still had quests to do in tenants farm and I did little to no grinding at all (I farmed Truffles for a level for just because.)

HOWEVER I do agree with you, it would be nice to have quests marked “You cannot accept this quest/under minimum level” like other games. It stops you missing quests you could do in a level because you didn’t think the npc had one.
