Questions about Paladin(After combat change)

Hi,with the upcoming combat changes,I’ve been considering to change a character to paladin 3 based on the changes on barrier but I got a few questions about the class and would like to ask them.

1- Paladin’s Resit element protect us from dark and holy damage?A guildmate said it does but he was unable to show me.Just want to make sure.

2- Conviction increase all elemental damages or everyone except dark, holy and psy?Same reason from number 1.Plus,is it helpful to increase my partymates damage like a FF or cryo in the party?

3- How many enemies can I convert to allies with conversion?

4- Resist elements new atribute states it increase elemental resistance by 1% per level,is it an extra 1% or 1% of the current bonus from resist elements?I guess it may sound a little confusing…If we consider lv 16 resist elements, can I reach 60% resistance or 90% resistance with that enchance atribute?

5-I read conviction debuff’s extra damage to god smash got nerfed.Anyone knows to how much it became?I can’t find it.

6- Any recommendantions to a pala 3 build based on the changes?I’m planning to go cleric 2 priest 2 pala 3 inq but I’m looking for other options to increase my options.

Thanks in advance for any answer and have a good day

  1. No, only the elements. (Ice/Fire/Lightning/Poison/Earth) [Don’'t ask my why Holy/Dark aren’t considered elements though.]

  2. Depends, Conviction lowers enemy ice/fire/lighting/poison/earth resists only. So anytime they take that kind of dmg (either from base skill dmg type or elemental property attack) it is increased by convictions amount. (But no idea if that changed recently on ktos, imc did want to remove negative values)

  3. 1 per skill level.

  4. It’s the enhance attribute, which states it works for attribute resistance. Ergo only for the flat amount of resist elements. It’s rather meh.

  5. It got nerfed to 30%, and then buffed to 60%. it’s usually only mentioned in the ktos patch notes and may already be changed again. See: http://tos.nexon.com/testserver/notice/view.aspx?n4ArticleSN=48

  6. Grab inquisitor and cleric2, rest is whatever you want/need/like the costume off.
Though I’d argue priest2 isn’t that good, and you’d better of grabbing oracle, plague doctor or kabbalist instead. But it’s not a must have by far.
