Newbie here. I have some questions about our companions.

Do companions need food or something to keep going? Or they can follow us around permanently (till hp drops to 0 when they become incapacitated)?

Are there any companion potions to use in battle or are they just regenerating themselves on its own?

Can we pick different kinds of companions (tank, phys dps, magic dps, support)? Or at least can we direct companion advancement in one direction - eg. for mage tank companions that have some Provoke (aggro) skill or supporter with buffs to int (cast time at high lvls)?

What can we affect when companion lvls up? Its Stats, skills? Any ranks advancement - or something similar?

Any equipment for companions?

Are there any pets (maybe additionally to companions) avaiable (or planned) that will pick items for us?

Any lvl cap for companions?

Any companion specific for mages? I know that there are some class specific (dog for shepard, bird for falconer) and some universal. Golem or elemental would be nice
