Question with Barbarian skills

Hello guys, anyone know the rate of stun chance for helmet chopper and seism?
also how long do they stun? I’m having a hard time picking hoplite over barbarian

going fencer by the way, need the pierce proc from spear lung however, if the barbarian 2 stuns are good then I’d pick barb.

Helm Chopper stun rate is pretty high even in PvP. Seism was buffed in this last patch (or in kToS). While grinding, I remember stunning some mobs for 4s while others were stunned for 2s, IIRC.
