Base camp allows you to acces the personal storage , increases buff times by 20% per lvl. You and party members can also teleport to the base camp .
There are 4 food that buffs max hp and sp and hp sp regen speed.
Each lvl increases the max hp sp % and the regen speed by 1 second.
The buff lasts 30 min initially , you can get attributes to increase it to 40 mins.
