Spent all day playing on Orsha, then searched about it (yea I know, wrong order) to be warned heavil to NOT play on Orsha, and be on Klaipeda instead. Can anyone tell me, is this truly relevant? Is it really that big a deal? I am still at a point I can reroll, losing a day sucks but it could be worse, so I want to not end up on a dead/non english speaking/ sucky server for whatever reason.
that was on early acess with all the brazilian people there, its not the case anymore. Orsha and Klaipeda are both majority english speakers. Dont worry about it.
Thanks, I recently ended up on a bad server on another mmo after picking randomly and it really sucks, so I got really paranoid about it. I did notice though that the server boards on this forum are FAR more active on Kla than Orsha
We are smarter people, i think.
Always research before investing long term into an MMORPG. Whether it be class, build, server, population, etc.
Has anyone played on both to know if there IS a big difference?
I’ve only played in Orsha since Day 1 of ToS. So I can only talk about Orsha.
I can only say there was only one point in time when there was queues and that was in exclusive testing when BRs were in the servers and that’s when most people started to move to Klaipeda and they started to get a ton of queuing problems, so since then we don’t have any queuing problems even from before the split-off. Then Orsha’s hate for BRs grew more by the day in chat so they eventually made a server for SA to calm everyone down, now everyone in SA is kinda packed like in Klaipeda pre-split since I’d imagine Orsha wasn’t the only server with problems so people from other servers moved there too. So I don’t know how Klaipeda’s queues are now but Orsha is so far fine…there is some things in chat I personally don’t like but that’s personal preference and wasn’t as annoying as before.
