Question regarding Quest Progression

Hello,
I couldn’t help to notice the missable npc’s around the world, and they only appear as a mark on map after you talked to them, so you can’t really be sure if you found them all, unless you scan the entire map.
Each seems to give a quest aswell, and well, im personally a completionist in most games i’ve played.
I want to clear everything 100% before i switch map etc.

So my question is simple.
Is it somehow possible to see all the available quests to pick up?
I’ve noticed that the Adventure Journal shows the exploration progress of each map, but anything regarding the total quest completion aswell?

I can’t seem to find anything of it, but it’s highly possible that i might have missed somthing.

Anyone knows?

Using ingame tools only - nope. Something like quest database - yep pretty much.

Also some tip from a a fellow completionist

Aside of ‘normal’ hidden quests there are ‘true’ hidden quests that require special actions to be discovered. They are really hard to find on your own but rewards are pretty nice - like permanent stat bonuses or unique hair color. Good luck to find em all
