[QUESTION] Regarding our current TRADE SYSTEM

Hello community,

Quick question regarding our trade restriction system, because apparently one of my high valued gear got stuck on a friend while i was lending it to him. Apparently, it went untradeable even with almost full potential still. I thought our trade system worked on potentials and the allowable trade count became irrelevant, but Im not sure myself. Im trying to ask the general public because apparently, 4 days of waiting for a ticket from IMC regarding the matter and they gave me the most irrelevant answer. Thanks in advance community.

If both players have active Token status, direct trade consumes one of your remaining trades (30 per token), and potential is reduced by 1 on the item.

If one or both of the players involved in the trade do not have active Token status, the item becomes untradable afterwards.
