If i buy the founder’s pack on March 29, 2016 (OBT) will the server be available/visible for me during the day that I purchase it or will it only be accessible after a certain number of days upon purchase? (There are no server in the game as of today)
Let them update a bit. Next days you’ll have a lot of updates on Steam about ToS (like it was few month ago with the closed beta). Then servers will appear. You don’t have to wait anything. If you bought the pack you’ll be able to play on March 29.
Yeah, but my problem is that will it be open once I buy the founder on the same day that it will be open.
i wouldnt expect to play much or at all on opening day, since people will be flooding in
it will depend on their infrastructure to support all the players going en masse

That’s pretty much how it should work out.
You buy the package and you get access on the that date.
To actually answer your question, yeah, you should be able to see the Founder’s Server as soon as you buy one of the EA passes. It might take a short while, and you’ll definitely need to restart the game at least, but you’ll definitely be able to see the server on the same day at least.
Do note, I’m not a staff member, and no one from IMC actually confirmed this. But I am using past experiences and some logic to come up with this answer.
i already bought one and when you launch the game you don’t see no serv yet just the login main screen he/she’ll see the serv not before march 29th
Yeah, no kidding. That’s more than obvious and doesn’t even need to be said. “The servers aren’t open until they are open”.
And such a clarification is moot anyway. Did you even read the original post? Here, I’ll even quote the relevant part:

Thanks guys for your insight. I think I should probably just wait for the server to actually open on 29th and probably ask a few of my friends in SEA on hows their ping going and buy the founder on 1st of April
That would be my recommendation as well. As to answer your original question, yes, you’ll have access to the servers on the same day as long as it’s the 29th and past.
