If i buy the 9.99$ will i be eligible to play a month earlier? Also the release in April the official release or just the open beta still? Sorry for the noob questions!

Yes, the $9.99 package will allow you to play Mar. 29th, the same date as the more expensive packages.
April 28th is the F2P release, there is no information about whether it is a “OBT” or “Release”, but nothing will be wiped regardless.
Thank you for clearing that up, i was debating to buy if they were going to clear the servers! If that is the case i will be paying the 9.99!!
