Can anyone give an indication about how useful property resistance is?

For example, for headgear rolls is “↑ ‘X’ property resistance 16” negligible? How much is considered to make a noticeable difference?

In general would property resist rolls for example be more useful than just HP or mdef?

Are some resists better than others come late game or is it really situational?
I know it’s probably a complex formula to decide but can anyone give general indication/tips?
