I have several question on Necromancer’s skill and summon. Can someone who is experienced in Necro help me?

  1. What is the attack rate of Flesh Hoop? How many total hit?
  2. What is the base damage of Shoggoth without INT?
  3. Is the damage of your skeleton affected by INT?

I would also like to know this, as I went full CON on my Necro with an Animus.
