Hello all, I was just wondering how jolly roger interacted with the cataphract’s mount. I understand that the skill cannot be used while mounted, but have also heard telling of some skills that are also unusable while mounted allowing one to ‘stand up’ on the mount to use the skill before settling back into the mounted position.
Does this skill work in that way?
