do you still need to save EXP card starting let say 130+ so that you use it on 165+ to get to next class ?

With new maps + dungeon exp. You wont NEED to save them up.
But i would advice you not to spam them the moment you get them ^^.

Personally I’d save all exp cards and use them when new level cap arrives.

Hmm, is there some place/quest where you can farm an infinite number of exp cards?
Theres not an infinite amount of them, you shouldnt require an infinite amount of them 
Look at the EXP tables and just use them at the stages where the EXP is the highest, itll help you get through faster
Well imagine stacking 1000 of those cards and using them all up when new level cap is introduced, lol.
They give a set amount of experience, sure youd end up “ahead” if you did, but the total experience really wouldnt be that much. the lvl 1 EXP card gives 500 Character exp and 385 class exp. at dozens of millions of exp for a single lvl … youll need alot

Try keep in level range of your maps.
5 levels under the enemys level is perfect.
And grind a bit, when you find a good spot~
