[Question] Money making classes as ALTs?

So theoretically when OBT comes my main was going to be the following:
Wizard(1)-Pyromancer(2)-Linker(1)-Sorcerer(1)-Alchemist(1)-Warlock—>

This build is strong enough to sustain solo grind and Linker is great for party. One of the main reason I choose this route was to make money with Alchemist.

My question is, is it more beneficial to just go ahead and make this class my ALT(mule) money maker class and have it AFK in town and then re-roll my main to not take Alchemist? Are there any benefits of a level 600 Alchemist versus a level 200 ALT(mule)-parked-in-town-only character? I know that Awakened battles needs you to fight, do you think level 200 is enough for that type of stuff? Are those Awakened items character bound, or can I transfer them to my main which is not an Alchemist?

I want to hear your thoughts on money making ALTs that just park in town. Are there benefits of getting one of these classes to level 600 and if so, does that mean level helps with what they can craft and/or make?

Thanks.

The monsters found in the item awakening is dependent on the equipment your gonna awaken. So if maybe you gonna have level 400 item, you shouldnt expect it to be only at level 200. You can bring someone depending in what level of the skill you have. Dont know if the awakening will fail if you die though.

If the alchemist dies in the awakening item dungeon, expect it to fail.

and no, no revive using icoins.

You can still awaken high lvl items using a low lvl alchemist, the number of people you can bring is dependent on the skill level, mob level is dependent on the equipment you’re trying to awaken, if you die the item will not awaken.

So just sit in the corner of the room and don’t give them their money back if they fail to protect you. O̶r̶ ̶j̶u̶s̶t̶ ̶t̶a̶k̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶i̶t̶e̶m̶ ̶a̶l̶l̶ ̶t̶o̶g̶e̶t̶h̶e̶r̶

I think the alchemist class is in a sweet spot to not affect late game dps/vending.

If rumors are true that there will be up to 10 ranks of classes, then even having a alche c3 would still be decent.

Wiz -> Pyro -> Pyro -> Linker -> Sorc -> Alche -> Warlock -> Alche -> Alche/something > something.

That was my planned build when I started Icbt2

But when I reached Sorc class, I instantly regretted it. I suggest going for Linker C2 instead. More links means more mobs potentially killed and better hangman’s knot duration. It could also help you wipe out more mobs during awakening (Maybe. I haven’t reached alche class yet)
