ANYWAYS, I was wondering how do I get to the cash shop in the game and how do I buy game cash, since I couldn’t find it anywhere.

It’s not that easy at the moment.
In-game premium currency is TP. You can’t buy TP yet but you can spend it in Klaipeda town or Orsha. Just open the map (M button) and look for the golden TP symbol there.
