Well first of all I asked this out of curiosity because it seems my Energy Bolt at Level 5 deals more damage than 93 Attack how it should be. I am level 70 based on wiz.
I see some skills do show the % of the attack like Rune Caster’s Rune of Destruction deals 400% + 2682 at Level 5, I assume the 400% is from the caster’s magic attack.
So the question is how do our Magic/Physical Attack affect our skills, when there is no description about it?
(I’ve read the Tos Mechanic by vyne1 can’t find it)
