skills such as sneak hit and backstab states that it will increase crit chance by 60% or so etc.
i am wonder if that means your attacks will have the crit chance of 60% or does that mean it will increase your crit rate by 60% therefore if your crit rate was 50 it will increase it to 75 or so.
