Yup. 6 weeks after R8 in kTOS. I assume red will come next week, not tomorrow. But still hope we will get our red recipe tomorrow.

I don’t want to spend more than 50% on the current Lancer attributes as Rank 9 might give us skills that require less gimmick to deal damage. (Crush-Quintain)

You have to craft ‘paper cube’ (need paper cube recipe) and open it with a random chance to get your desire weapon.
The Leticia boxes in kTOS currently has practonium as one of the possible rewards in it. These boxes are sold for 10TP each
probably not coming to itos like dumpling box for ktos only.
