Question about warlock stuff

So just hit warlock and bit yuck at what damage its bringing.
Just class level 3 right now.
Have 1pt in Pole of Agony, 1pt in innovation, and 1 in Dark Theurge

Dark Theurge seems to be the bread and butter of this class, so going to max that out to 5 as quick as i can before getting Evil Sacrifice.

Like I thought the angry spirits would actually look like angry spirits, rather than drops of rabbit poop everywhere.
Also what does Pole of Agony: Maintain actually mean?
[Pole of Agony] deals a minimum number of damage to enemies. The higher the attribute level, the higher the minimum number.

4pole 5DT 5invocation 1evil sacrifice is the magic number
Or if you cant afford a skill reset and want to build a good warlock 2, go 1pole 5DT 5invocation 1evil sacrifice

What shud I get first in the warlock skills?
Im new to warlock, just turned now.

Max invocation first if you want to farm
Otherwise
1 pole of agony
5 dark theuge
5 invocation
leave the rest for warlock 2
There hasnt been enough warlock 2 testing done to determine how to allocate skill points.
