Can I transcend a weapon that has 0 potential?? I got unlucky and dropped my regard’s upgrade from +12 to +9, and only 1 potential left. I wanna know if it’s still possible to transcend it if it drops to 0?? It’s already socketed and awakened.

not planning to gamble seeing how unlucky I am just with the upgrades XD. I even had 6 potentials left when it was +12. should have just waited for diamond anvil events XD.
