Question about trading and exchange item now

Hi,

I have been away for years. The reason why I was stop playing was due to the trading and exchange system is only for VIP player.

Is the exchange item between own character still restricted and only for vip user?

Is the trading still for only vip user?

Tading without ristrictions -> VIP
Trading with ristrictions->non vip, or used all 30 trades

Restrictions

• The traded items become untradable
