the first time we got the rank reset, i reseted my shinobi for a fencer and they said that if i wnated to keep the shinobi i needed to redo the quest to unlock the shinobi (and i couldnt even consider it because the quest is bs).
will this be the case in this new event, not just for shinobi but for “”""“secret”"""" classes in general?
You should be fine as long as you already unlocked the class, if you already had the class before the patch it will also work normally.
But I remember I unlocked Miko Master and did the advancement quest and did the reset after and still could do the Advancement quest without the pre-quest on that occasion.

You don’t need to do the advancement quest for this event even for those who haven’t reset.
But you still need to unlock a secret class to be able to advance to it. (Do the unlock quest)
