I just wanted o know if the templar buffs apply to yourself and party members. Also if they can be used outside guild raids/ wars??
They work fine.
They apply on Party members + Guild members + Yourself.
That’s the rule about who it will affect.
And you can use then even inside Cities haha 
But you can only use templar skills on the 4 animations Horse(hold, walk, run, using any aura)…
