Just curious about this… because 4 days ago, i sended a ticket with a TP problem (TP stuck in TP bag and i can’t use it…) and i think 4 days for resolve a issue is a LOT of time… (Usually games fix billing problems fast, not here… )
So…How long they take for answer / fixed a ticket? Or do I need to wait for the next maintenance and pray that my problem will be solved alone?.. … .
I’m starting to worry about this…
